1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the website operated by Y Elite Constructions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14059433 with a registered office at 26 Upland Crescent, Leeds. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Website content
Information on this website is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. Costs, timelines, specifications and images are indicative and do not form a contract. A binding scope of works, price and programme is only created by a written, signed quotation issued specifically for your project.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry via this website does not create a contract. We will contact you to arrange a free on-site consultation and, where suitable, issue a written, itemised, fixed-price quotation. Any project we are engaged to undertake is governed by a separate written contract between you and Y Elite Constructions Limited.
4. Workmanship guarantee
Where we are engaged for a project, we issue a 12-month written workmanship guarantee on completion. Manufacturer warranties on installed products (such as windows, roofing systems and boilers) are registered in your name and remain subject to the terms of the manufacturer. Full details of the workmanship guarantee are set out in your project contract.
5. Insurance and compliance
Y Elite Constructions Limited holds public liability insurance for all works undertaken. Structural and notifiable works are carried out in compliance with current Building Regulations and are signed off by an independent Building Control inspector where required. Evidence of insurance can be provided on request prior to signing a project contract.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, layout and design: is the property of Y Elite Constructions Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any of the content without our prior written permission, except that you may view and download material for your own personal, non-commercial use.
