Y Elite Constructions Limited is a Leeds-based construction firm founded by Yahya Azadi and registered at Companies House under number 14059433. From day one, the mission has been simple: give homeowners in Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire area a builder they can actually trust, one who turns up on the day they said, quotes honestly, and hands the job over finished.
We work almost exclusively with homeowners, not with volume developers. That's deliberate. Homeowner projects, rear extensions, loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom refits, roofing, plastering, damp remediation and full renovations: need patience, planning and a builder who treats your home like it's still your home while the work is on.
Our specialism is the type of project that touches structure, drainage, roofing and finishes at the same time: extensions and loft conversions in particular. Because we hold all of those trades under one roof, you get one contract, one programme and one person accountable from first sketch to final handover.
